This work is about understanding the patterns that quietly shape your reactions, relationships, and decisions. Many of those patterns formed early in life as protective adaptations. Through steady awareness and practice, you learn how to stay present with your experience and choose differently — rather than repeating what no longer serves you.
This work isn’t about analyzing your problems; it’s about feeling through them and gaining the clarity to make real, lasting changes.
Sessions are held once or twice a week (depending upon your schedule) and offered in 2 blocks of 12 sessions each. Each session is 45 minutes, offering time for emotional exploration and progress reviews. Beyond the final session, I offer optional 15-minute check-in calls to help you sustain your growth and navigate new challenges as they arise.
This process is designed to help you understand where you are and where you'd like to be, and to guide you through emotional clarity and personal growth with long-term transformation as the goal.
