Sessions are held once or twice a week (depending upon your schedule) and offered in 2 blocks of 12 sessions each Each session is 45 minutes, offering time for emotional exploration and progress reviews. Beyond the final session, I offer optional 15-minute check-in calls to help you sustain your growth and navigate new challenges as they arise.
