With over 35 years of practicing and studying mindfulness, self-compassion, and meditation, l've developed a unique practice that focuses on noticing, feeling, staying with, and then studying difficult emotions that are at the heart of many of our struggles. Having overcome my own struggles by way of this practice, I'm able to help clients break through their deeply ingrained tendencies and habits and move forward into the life they so deeply crave and deserve.
